Is Your Dignity Worth $4.79?

First of all, I was starting to feel bad about my previous post about my so-called GT students this summer. I felt like maybe I was too harsh. NOT ANY MORE! The past 90 minutes have been the longest of my life!!!!!!!!!!! SOOO glad for the weekend.

Anyway, I was going to mention one of the funniest announcements I've heard in a long time. According to Chick-fil-A, July 14 is Cow Appreciation Day. Anyone who comes to Chick-fil-A in a complete cow costume (defined in the small print as attempt to look like a cow from head to toe) gets a free combo meal. Anyone who comes in a partial costume will get a free entree. I have to admit, I thought about it. Then, I thought, it might be more fun to sit outside of Chick-fil-A and laugh at all the other poor cheapskates who would rather wear a cow costume than pay for a combo meal. If you take Chick-fil-A up on this offer, please send me a picture. Please.

How funny! I ate at Chick-Fil-A today for lunch and received a little card about Dress-Like-A-Cow day. I ate there because I have several "free sandwich" coupons. I think I'll stick with those for now, rather than resorting to the cow costume.

In Gatesville, the Dairy Queen advertised that if you brought your cow there, you'd get a free Blizzard. Only in Gatesville...

Mmmm, Chik-Fil-A sounds yummy!I have a friend that has a cow costume, and he would totally wear it too, especially to get free food.

Teresa, are we thinking of the same person perhaps who has a cow suit... Brian Partridge??

Lindsey, it looks like Teresa and I are your biggest fans!
