Here is our new house! We're moving in TOMORROW!

This is Stephen and I in our Christmas card runner-up picture. It's actually quite warm outside; we are just trying to look festive in front of Truett Seminary.

This is our dog, Callie (short for California). She is my favorite of our two because she is SO needy! She follows me around the house and every time I stop, she sits up and begs for me to pick her up and hold her. (Stephen says I have to add that I have trained her to want to be held on her back like a baby).

This is the senior dog, Phoebe. She is Stephen's favorite because he had her before we got married, and also because she is aloof and independent. My funniest memory of Phoebe was at Stephen's graduation party when she went around begging for food frome everyone and got potato salad dropped on her head.

By the way, I forgot to mention that Phoebe does actually have her front paws. They are just tucked underneath her in that picture.
(And I see my typo, but I can't get back to my dashboard to correct it.)
Ha! I remember the potato salad incident. So, Callie is the one that doesn't like kids?
Dangit, I never type those word verification letters right on the first try! They're driving me nuts!
That house is so exciting! You'll have to post move-in pics, too.
And I was worried about Phoebe until you mentioned her front paws in your comment. I mean, I was picturing one of those dogs that scoots around on a skateboard...so sad. It's hard to veer away from falling potato salad in that state.
These pictures are beautiful, dear. Thanks for showing them. Now when are you going to show me more than just grand dogs?
Grandma, they'd be GREAT grand dogs to you! Man, you're old!
Yes, I am old, and I have no more time to be waiting. I want great grand children. (You kids these days are so disrespectful....)
you didnt mention that i am the dogs' favorite aunt...and i will be your childrens' favorite aunt too...of course
Call us once you get settled in! We want to come see how everything turned out!
We've moved in! The house looks fabulous, and will look even better when the new couches (finally) get here AND when I've found a rug!
